This exhibition presents artworks of 11 graduates of Trier University of Applied Sciences, Campus Idar-Oberstein for Gemstones and Jewellery. The school is renowned for its course in gemstone processing and jewellery making. “AHA” presents young artists finding their voice in the field and sharing their process. We can catch a glimpse of their search in their diplomas, other artworks and recordings accompanying the exhibition.

“aha!” Isn’t that the moment we all chase—the instant when everything clicks into place?

These moments fuel our process as makers. Our collaboration unites 11 voices from around the globe, each bringing diverse backgrounds and perspectives, yet all connected by a shared language of contemporary jewellery.

Each member’s distinctive journey contributes to something greater than the sum of its parts. Collectively, we embody layers of insights that enrich both ourselves and those who experience our work.

We are: Anna (KAZ), Arianaz (IRN), Chidima (NGA), Dua (PAK), Grace (AUS), Grit-Ute (DEU), Iris (AUT), Lena (DEU), Nioosha (IRN), Niyousha (IRN), and Sara (IRN)—Graduates of 2025 from Campus Idar-Oberstein, Germany.

Together, we are AHA Collaboration in action!
