Photo and animation exhibition STILL HUMAN?

A post-competition photography exhibition accompanies one of Europe's most important cyclical events devoted to artistic jewellery – Legnica SILVER Festival 2021.

Still Human? This is the topic of this year's edition of the Festival, and at the same time the theme of the main event of the Festival – the 29th International Jewellery Competition. The participants' task was to submit works presenting various interpretations of the theme, and the most interesting ones were selected by the commission for the present exhibition.

In the photo competition, the committee evaluated 161 works submitted by 75 participants and qualified 31 contestants for the exhibition.

The awarded authors are: Dominika Pawełczyk – Still Human – 1st prize, Anna Jakubowska – Exit – 2nd prize, Magdalena Nowicka - Biophilia - 3rd prize.


Contestants qualified for the exhibition are: Malwina Brodziak, Zbigniew Brzozowski, Marcela Chudzik, Marianna Drozdowska, Aneta Fausek-Kaczanowska, Anna Jakubowska, Janusz Jurek, Magdalena Kardasz, Michał Kazimierczuk, Jakub Kolbusz, Alicja Kołodziejczyk, Adrian Kornobis, Izabela Kotala, Zuzanna Lewandowska, Dariusz Madziński, Magdalena Nowicka, Tomasz Okoniewski, Dominika Pawełczyk, Sebastian Piórek, Arkadiusz Pisarek, Barbara Sarbian, Aleksandra Staszczyk, Mariusz Szustakiewicz, Agnieszka Witkowska, Radosław Wróbel, Krzysztof Zając, Jacek Zwolski, Adam Żądło.

The animation competition accompanying the 29th International Jewellery Competition was organized for the first time. The committee assessed 19 submitted works and decided to award the Prize to Piotr Dankowiakowski for the animation entitled Silver Blood.
