Another exhibition In The cycle Abort The Artist. Lis2 is a design group founded in 2007 by Aneta Lis-Marcinkiewicz and Adriana Lisowska – graduates from Faculty of Textile and Fashion, Department of Jewellery at the Strzeminski Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź. Both took up art and design.

Since the beginning, Lis2 has initiated a lot of events which tries to find and make a bond between audience and contemporary art. Lis2 has organized a series of artistic workshops and exhibitions in Centrum Sztuki Impart in Wroclaw and cyclical interactive social – creative game Obiekt W. The events allow artists to interact with each other as well as with audience. Lis2 cooperates with fashion designers. The group is also about functional and experimental jewellery, wherein expression of ideas is equally important to well – designed form.

Aneta Lis - Marcinkiewicz
Lives and works in Opole. Curator of exhibitions and author of many critical essays. Participant of individual and group exhibitions. Winner of international jewellery art contests, including International Silverart Competition in Legnica. Złote Kreacje, the 50th anniversary of design art at Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz, 2009; Imatra Art KORU3, Museum, Imatra, Finland, 2009; 15th International Silverart Competition SKANDAL– the prize of Gallery of Art in Legnica, 2006.
Adriana Lisowska
Lives and works in Gdynia. She takes up sculpture, photography and experimental jewellery. Participant of group exhibitions in Poland and abroad, for instance: Prague (Czech Republic), Bratislava (Slovakia), Leipzig and Wuppertal (Germany), Florence, Dicomano (Italy), Budapest (Hungary). Selected exhibitions: Amber Museum in Gdansk; Polish Jeweller’s award at 16th International Silverart Competition PIĘKNO ABSOLUTNE, Gallery of Art in Legnica, 2007; Amber Award at Amberif Design Award 2009.
